For what it is worth, this was my experience: Signed up for a 7 day plan ($78) on August 31. I got a total of 25 picks, they went 19-6 total, 15-5 college football and 3-1 NFL. I then purchased their guaranteed picks 4 times for the following games ($19, they refund if the pick loses) and they went 3-1:
9/6 Cincinnati -5 Win
9/7 Utah @ Utah State Under 50.5 Win
9/8 Pittsburgh +1.5 Loss (they refunded 5 minutes after game ended)
9/10 Bengals @ Ravens Over 40.5 Win
Their guaranteed picks are included if you buy any type of access plan (no refund if you buy a package, only if you buy the single game). I noticed that they don't offer the daily pick every day.
I did not get their picks this weekend other than the free picks and the SNF pick so I'm not sure how they did (I got some of their picks from a friend but I could't confirm them). Overall, I found the communication to be professional, they claim they never call or pressure to upsell you. I got my picks through email as well as text. I will most likely signup for the monthly plan this weekend (I think it less than $200). I do find the 70%+ long term claim to be a stretch but this was the best 10 days or so I had with any kind of service so I will give them another chance.
